Saving Sammy

In this team building activity, students worked together to try to "Save Sammy".  Sammy was a gummy worm who had been flipped over inside of his boat, with is life jacket on top.  Using only two paperclips, teams had to get Sammy back into his life jacket and inside of his boat.

This lesson provided great opportunities for discussion on why this project needed to be done with team mates.  Students discussed how working with a team allowed them the opportunities to develop ideas!
